msjessica's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - first night on Cymbalta was a little fucked. had about 3.5 hours sleep - not because i have to be up this early. was nauseous and sweaty last night, odd pins and needles in my face type sensations, then total inability to shut my head down and sleep until after 4am. that's not entirely unusual these days, but waking up 3 hours later still going a million miles an hour is. it was the same with pristiq from memory. the upside is, i don't feel fatigued really. i have been sleeping an awful lot lately so maybe "sleep debts" also work in reverse. however now i'm up with many hours to kill and i don't really know what to do with myself. - all through my sleep i had strange, hurried talking dreams - like multiple voices talking at me, i thought this morning it was like a rubix cube that was trying to be solved - all of these different voices, people, fragments of conversations spinning through my mind. all about heroin. convincing me it was good. towards the end, in my own voice i started to justify it too i think, finally worn down by all of their discussion. oddly enough, it was not entirely unlike the distant chatters of conversation i started hearing towards the end of my time in newcastle. - so i'm awake now and i feel a bit wired really. obviously the first few days/weeks are going to be a bit up and down; i don't feel bad per se (yet) so i will stick at it and see what comes of it. 9:35 a.m. - 2013-06-06 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
